- RICS Home Survey – Levels 1, 2 & 3
- Suitable for modern homes in generally good condition to older homes or those in disrepair. Level 3 being a much more detailed assessment of the building with costs of repairs and environmental considerations provided.
- Structural Building Surveys
- Usually completed on commercial, industrial or buildings of specialist use or uncommon construction type. Very detailed assessment and reporting of the building specification, noted defects and repair or works recommendations.
- Dilapidation & Condition Scheduling (Commercial Lease)
- Provision of detailed text & photographic Schedule of Condition for attachment to lease at lease commencement; or, compilation of lease expiry Schedule of Dilapidations with associated negotiation to agreement between landlord and tenant.
- Reinstatement Cost Assessment (Insurance)
- Provision of individual or property portfolio reinstatement or re-building costs, usually for insurance purposes, but also for outline development proposals.
- Stock Condition Surveys / Planned Maintenance
- Multi-faceted surveys possibly including several consultant disciplines to establish building condition, maintenance liabilities in the medium to long term along with associated works costs for management planning.
